Financial Times praises Citrix for “leading the way” with BYOC program

Citrix CIO Paul Martine and two participating employees were quoted in this positive article on the benefits of a “bring your own computer” program.

Citrix CIO Paul Martine was quoted, saying that it is less costly and simpler to have employees purchase their own devices with a three-year maintenance plan than to take care of the computers using corporate IT resources. The article mentioned increase technological savvy and file transferability between systems are making BYOC programs more appealing.
